There are so many resources available online for the Alexander Technique.  My favorite place for everything Alexander is:  The Complete Guide to the Alexander Technique. There you will find links to teachers’ lists, research, videos and much more.

I will also direct you to my professional society, Alexander Technique International: ATI – About ATI As A Professional Organization.  This site has links to articles, teachers and upcoming workshops all over the world.
