Resources
There are so many resources available online for the Alexander Technique. My favorite place for everything Alexander is: The Complete Guide to the Alexander Technique. There you will find links to teachers’ lists, research, videos and much more.
I will also direct you to my professional society, Alexander Technique International: ATI – About ATI As A Professional Organization. This site has links to articles, teachers and upcoming workshops all over the world.
Occasionally I reference articles in my teaching. Here are a couple of them. I will add to this list over time:
LearningMethods Library — David Gorman — The Rounder We Go, The Stucker We Get
And last, but not least, here’s a link to the teacher-training course I assist on directed by Tommy Thompson www.easeofbeing.com.
I have also started my own teacher-training course in the fall of 2012 (affiliated with Tommy’s training) at Boston Conservatory at Berklee.
If you’re looking for something specific and can’t find it, send me an email and I’ll see what I can do.
